You Can’t Get to the Pinnacle in Life If You’re Stuck at the Bottom
"You're aware of the limits of time. There's a fixed number of hours and time continues no matter what you're doing. You can be lost in reflection of what was and could have been, never to regain that time, or you can look ahead and plan for a better future. It's up to you." For more detail please visit:- https://www.evodrop.com/ https://pablohost.com/ 마사지 I wrote this article recently for another of my weekly messages that inspire me. I have made this daily routine as part of my daily routine to begin my day with reflection, allowing myself to become more grounded emotionally and keep my thoughts focus before I connect to technology and get started. The reason I chose to write it was easy that I'm approaching the age of a milestone birthday in this year. It has caused a lot of reflection, almost to the point that I'm reflecting too much on things that have happened in the past. I'm taking myself on a proverbial trip through the past. I understand why it would be easy to have feelings of regret and, most importantly the way that doing this for so long can prevent the person from moving forward both mentally and emotionally. I also then thought about the converse. What does it mean to achieve the top for your personal life? At what point do you consider yourself to have reached the top of your mission? Does it have to do with a career, your life's mission, both or is it something else? Does it have a relationship with age? What is the best way to know when you are able to say "This is as good as my life is ever going to get"? The biggest obstacle to reaching this goal is the issue of being at the bottom of your life, and by that, I am referring to the constant look behind you, in the past and pondering about what "should have been" or "could have been". If you look at your life from the perspective of your past the result is to put you in a mentally stagnant state of mind. Perhaps not even aware of that you're not looking ahead or planning for the future that is better or more promising. The past is not able to aid you as the education you've needed has was already in place, and the only thing that can allow you to grow is just ahead of you. If you've ever been feeling stuck in reverse or wishing you were able to see the future or not sure how to develop a strategy for determining the meaning of your life, then maybe the information you read will aid you in shifting your direction and advance. What it Means to Reach the Pinnacle in Life First, I wanted to define what is the top of one's life. I thought this might help me considering the future and determining how my life's purpose is getting fulfilled. What I believe to be the pinnacle of your life will be is the peak or the culmination of the best of who you are and will become. This includes improved skills and talents as well as the understanding and knowledge of oneself, the ease of sharing your expertise to others, and the general knowledge gained. I do not believe that age is the sole factor in determining your success instead, it's an issue of age and experience that bring to the development, with the willingness to listen and grow. Do I believe I've reached the pinnacle of my own life? Absolutely not. I'm working towards fulfilling a life's mission and at this point , I'm able to state that I understand what the mission is and, most importantly, that I'm doing my best to achieve it. In other words, I'm living an existence with significance, and I'm striving to reach the top of the mountain. For me, it's about the journey. My perspective can be summed up as "Yes I'm moving forward with my life and growing". If I always looked in the back, instead of looking ahead I may have an attitude of "Yes I should consider the future but there are events which happened and I need to keep thinking about it." It's not clear that the job or career title is the defining factor of person reaching for the apex of their life, or indicate they have fulfilled their life's purpose to the fullest extent. For instance, you could be an executive and at the top position in your company, but not be feeling fulfilled in your life, always thinking about your decisions with regret. I've known individuals without employment or careers along with people who were in the same place for the majority of their lives but had not made any progress, and they all felt completely satisfied, content and living to their maximum potential. This is why I believe that the mere existence of a job or a career isn't enough of an indicator that you have reached the apex of your career. Stages of Development to Reach the Pinnacle My goal is to dissect the patterns that people are likely to encounter as they advance through life. Most people are not going to be aware of the ways they're doing unless they're engaged in some kind of reflection and are striving to achieve self-development. If you're taking this article to read, it indicates you're interested in your ongoing development and could lead to discovery and further progression within your own life. Cycles of Trial and Error: There are common patterns of trial and errors that the majority of people go through throughout their lives. One of the most common cycles is that of transitioning from the high-school years into adulthood. This is a time of exploration , and it's not any clear direction after graduation, so it can take several tries to figure out which path to follow. Some may explore their options during college, while others may enter the workforce. It can be a sequence of starts and stops, shifting from one job or career to another and these cycles of trial and error may not always be planned. There are always unexpected events that happen for example, the loss of a job and, with any event the process of learning is inevitable. Learning and Discovery When you advance through lifeand learn, you're traversing a journey of discovering. This happens with every process of trial-and-error as well as you grow in knowledge as you acquire skills, relocate, change jobs, learn about your interests and learn about the aspects of your life you would like to alter. Whether these moments of discovery are enjoyable or not it is a process of learning about yourself. This will lead to a greater awareness of your own self, which is vital for progressing in your life. Self-Awareness: Self-awareness usually happens incrementally, as no one is aware of the person they're becoming until they are faced by the person they are, and decide to accept or alter it. It is a process of developing and refining personal identities, which may also occur multiple times in a person's entire life. The beginning of life is more of pre-occupation with looking ahead and exploring alternatives, while reacting to circumstances and not attempting to think about the past. Identity is usually shaped as a result of roles taken on, such as a job, or taking on the roles of a spouse or parent, and so on. When you begin to recognize who you are as a person and begin to establish an identity that you are able to define, you will begin to understand the purpose of your life and your interests. Reflection and Development: I've observed that the moments when I was at my most active in self-reflection happened after trigger events, and I believe this is a common occurrence for many people. In the case of death, for example, the death of someone close to you could trigger a period of internal reflection on life and past events. This is also true for other events such as losing your job, divorce or anything that is personal in the nature. Reflection can be beneficial when it's used to look forward with an increased sense of optimism and a greater idea of how to go about it in a purposeful manner. When this occurs the personal development is sure to follow. Growth is also the consequence of discovering, learning and gaining self-awareness. It may not always come through in the most straightforward manner, especially when life lessons were difficult, but growing can in bringing about an awakening. awakening and reaching the pinnacle: A personal awakening is the phase of my life that I've been experiencing for the past few years, after I've identified my goals in life as well as engaged in contemplation and really understand what future direction I need to be focusing on. What's been wonderful about this period of awakening and realizing that I'm yet to reach the apex or pinnacle of my life, is that a job opportunity came up two years ago, which was in alignment with my mission and goals. Today, I am experiencing a greater feeling of satisfaction, and it was this sense of awakening which came first and then the job. That is to say, I did not use a position to determine the progression in my life, or get stuck looking back. That's what moving toward the peak of your existence is about, waking up to a greater understanding of your true purpose and what can bring you the most fulfillment.
